Hopefully LS is learning a lesson here. Without properly ballasting their machine with fluid in the tires before handing it over to an "influencer", they set the machine up for failure on a VERY BASIC task of lifting a tote of fluid. Love the features of the MT2-series deluxe machine, but this real world experience shows the need to think through the marketing program a bit to avoid such simply avoidable videos. WIth fluid or the 3-pt attachments weight, this machine is otherwise really good!

And with still alot of time left to grow!

does one leaf equal to two to three pounds per of a pumpkin? more leaves on the vine mean mass? It has been close to twenty years since i actually grew one pumpkin. i miss gardening.

It's been so dry here the grass hadn't even grown enough to cut the second time, untill we got some rain this past week now i don't know if the hay will be a very good quality because its brown from drought now its greening a bit but getting to ripe. Maybe salvage what we can of the second cut and hopefully we can get a decent quality on a third cut.

How tippy is this MT2 cab machine vs. the MT3 cab machine on the hills and especially the ditches (assuming apples to apples configuration of tire loading, wheel weights, tire spacing, etc.? Our place with less than 10 acres is right between the need for 5 foot vs. 6 foot implements so trying to decide.

I remember that stress of picking the perfect time to cut the hay, based on the predicted weather for the next 4 days, and our availability to work on the hay each day before/after work, and then our scheduling to be able bail it once it was dry. I don't miss those days.

Feel your pain. My first time ever doing hay (inspired by you), got all the windrows done and the rain started. I'm hoping I can just flip the rows for a couple days and bale some decent stuff. Otherwise, it'll just be bedding like you said.

They seem super cheaply built

I grew up using tractors when I was a kid, but I just finished a long career in the Army. Now retired, I bought my first tractor about 8 months ago. Learning as I go. I just got my first rotary cutter last week, and this video really gave me some pointers. I was mowing my road side access, and there is a small drainage ditch there, and it got fairly steep. I was able to "common sense" my way through it, but not knowing what I don't know, is dangerous. It's input / content like this that really helps us new tractor owners out. Thanks for great content! There's something very comforting about watching you go down those basement stairs. It brings back good memories of heading down to the basement to my coal burning stove on really cold nights in Central Pa in our old old home along the railroad. The coal always smelled good to me. We had a wood burning stove, but when we had what we called "two chimney nights" I'd fire up the coal burning stove in the basement to keep the pipes and the baby from freezing.

Thanks for the vid, I see you are working hard. I have Top (with Float) and Tilt and additional function on my current tractor and would love to see you install that on the LS MT232H premium. It seems that Top link with float is not something that is offered regularly. All the Summit kits just have electric actuators that don't address the pleasure of having float feature on the top link. Not sure why? I think you should let LS know it is a sought after feature. I also wonder why LS doesn't include some kind of designation in their model number for the premium version as the MT 232E is not at all comparable to the premium version. I had to show my dealer your videos to get them to understand that premium version was available. Would like to get the part # for the 3rd function kit? Do you have it? Also if you have a link for the Service manual and or the Owners manual (in PDF format) for the 232, that would be great. I only ask because it seems your relationship to LS may allow you to let them know that those manuals would be valuable to prospective owners. My 232 arrives in 2 weeks, largely due to your videos, many thanks!

If I had my time over, I'd have home schooled. Some children do so well at school but others are crushed by it. Over the years I have watched your girls grow in confidence, cleverness and very erudite ways for their ages. Can't wait to see what Cody gets up to😃. Always a joy to watch them. Well done you two.❤
